Definition
Enter the rental subsidy threshold percent for an employee at the dependent rate. The International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) sets the threshold percent for a duty station. If the organization recognizes the dependents of an employee as eligible dependents, then the threshold value is considered at the dependent rate.
