Definition
Enter a Post Adjustment Multiplier (PAM) applicable to this duty station. The International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) publishes a table of PAM for each month. The post adjustment multiplier of value 1 corresponds to one percent of the employee's net salary.
Use
Multiplying the employee's net salary by PAM gives the amount of Post Adjustment Allowance given to an employee.
