Definition

This indicator is used for the dependency status of an S/M. Three values are used, as follows:

  • C: The S/M has a primary child dependent and possibly a secondary dependent, but no spouse
  • S: The S/M has a primary spouse dependent and possibly a child and/or a secondary dependent
  • N: The S/M has no primary dependent (no spouse or child) but possibly a secondary dependent
