Definition
Enter the hardship percentage. This value is the percentage of the base salary that system uses to calculate hardship allowance.
You define hardship allowance percentage of the employees based on the hardship classification of their duty station.
Note
Employees assigned to duty station that have hardship category as categories H and A are not entitled for the hardship allowance.
Use
The system calculates the hardship allowance based on the hardship allowance percentage and hardship classification of duty station.
