Definition

Displays the entry date of an employee at a duty station. The system reads the Date Specifications infotype (0041) to display this date.

Use

The system calculates the length of service of an employee at a duty station based on entry date at duty station. The system uses length of service to calculate mobility allowance for an employee.

Example

Consider that the last working date of an employee is 2/10/06. You maintain this date in the date type U6 in the Date Specifications infotype (0041). The system reads the date from the date type U6 to display the entry date of an employee at a duty station in the EOD Duty station field.
