This is the points/months accumulated before calculation of severance/ retirement/resignation pay. The unit (point or month) depends on the unit you configured in the rule table (e.g. T7TW3C). For the case point, it is multiplied by the point to month conversion factor specified in the calculation method (e.g. T7TW3D) to get the original month. The original month is multiplied by the calculation base in the base year/month to get the original amount. This amount is added to the amount from the specified calculation method.
Example
Before Labour Standard Law (LSL) takes effect, the employee has accumulated retirement point 100. In this report, you calculate the retirement amount of the employee according to LSL. In LSL, each point corresponds to one month salary, therefore, the total retirement amount that the employee gets is 100 monthly salary plus retirement amount from LSL.
