Definition
The calculation method that the system uses to process payroll result for an employee whose employment status does not keep Active in any of the specified payroll period.
Use
To determine the system action and the report result, select one of the following options:
- A - Average for Selected Periods
According to the payroll results in the selected periods, the system calculates the average premium amount per period and creates the relevant infotype records.
- B - Exclude Employees
Excludes the employees who have an employment status other than Active in the selected periods, and provides error messages in the report.
- C - Prorate by Working Days
Calculates the average premium amount for each working day in the selected period, and creates the infotype records based on the average amount.
- D - Prorate by Calendar Days
Calculates the average premium amount for each calendar day in the selected period, and creates the infotype records based on the average amount.
