Definition

During the National Health Insurance (NHI) / Labor Insurance (LI)
insurance amount update, the average of flexible income in the past
'N' periods is required. This field represents the end year of the
past periods.

Example

You want to calculate average for the period: Jan 1999 to Mar 1999.
Enter the following in the selection screen:

Number of past periods: 3 (from Jan to Mar)
Range of past periods : 1999 3 to 1999 1
(YYYY) (MM)

Note that "1999 1" in this example is calculated during report
generation.
