Here you enter if the validity interval for the absence quotas generated in time evaluation should begin at the start or the end of the selected period.

Examples

The validity interval for an absence quota should be a calendar year. The start date is the first day of the calendar year for which the accrual entitlement is to be determined. The end date should be at least three (3) months after the end of the calendar year for which the accrual entitlements is to be determined.

To create these requirements, make the following entries:

1. Select the calendar year in the Start date as well as the Start field.
2. Select the calendar year as the End date as well as the End field. Enter 3 months in the Relative position field.
