Documentation
Definition
The deduction interval specifies the period in which an employee can deduct records in the Absence Quotas infotype (2006) that have been created during time evaluation (2006).
Use
The deduction interval is specified in relation to the validity interval. The validity interval and the deduction interval need not be identical. You can use the Relative positon field to refine the specifications on the start or end date of the validity intervals.
Procedure
Examples
The deduction from date is the end of the validity interval. You want employees to be able to deduct the absence quota within one month. Enter the End of validity interval as the deduction to date and a Relative position of one month.
