Definition

Specifies whether a message was already processed.

Use

You can use the processing status to indicate and confirm that notes and info messages were already processed.

Information Messages

• Notes (white "i" on blue circle) are indicated by choosing ENTER. All notes in the message list are displayed with a green checkmark.
• Info Messages (black exclamation point on yellow circle) are indicated by clicking once on the Status field of the applicable message.

Confirmation Messages

If you choose Confirm, all indicated messages are removed from message processing. They do not appear in the message list when the Time Manager's Workplace is called again.

Error Messages ("Stop" sign or white exclamation point on red triangle)

Error messages cannot be confirmed. These messages disappear only when the cause of the error has been eliminated and time evaluation is restarted for the employee.
