Documentation
Definition
Specifies the value limit as a constant value in hours. Based on the value limit, you can set rules for time balance processing.
The value limit specified relates to the balance that you enter under Time balance.
Use
You can specify the value limit as a constant value. You can also base it on employees' master data or transaction data (for example, planned working time). In this case, you should use the From operation HRS field.
You determine the type of value limit in the Upper limit and Lower limit fields.
If you want the limit to be 0, leave the value limit fields blank and specify only the type of value limit.
Procedure
Examples
You do not want the flextime balance to exceed 5 hours at the end of the payroll period. Enter 5 as the value limit.
