Documentation
Definition
This field contains the valuated payroll days according to the settings you made in Customizing.
The values may not be identical to those in the Absence/attendance days field.
Use
Procedure
Examples
Employees work 38 hours per week. They work 8.5 hours per day from Monday through Thursday, and only four hours on Fridays.
If all the days were valuated equally as one working day, the employees who take leave on Fridays would be at a disadvantage compared to those who take leave on the other days of the week.
To solve this problem, you can customize the view Rule table for absence and leave counting with the following keys:
Monday - Thursday Multiplier: 1.12 ( 8.5 / 7.6 )
Friday Multiplier: 0.52 (4.0 / 7.6 )
