Definition

This field contains the valuated payroll days according to the settings you made in Customizing.

The values do not have to be identical to those in the Attendance and absence days field.

Procedure

Examples

Employees work 38 hours per week. Monday through Thursday they work 8.5 hours per day, and on Fridays they work four hours.
If all the days were valuated equally as one working day, employees who take leave on a Friday would be at a disadvantage in comparison to employees who take leave on another weekday.

To solve this problem, you can supply the Customizing view Rule table for absences and leave counting with the following keys:
Monday - Thursday multiplier: 1.12 ( 8.5 / 7.6 )
Friday multiplier: 0.52 ( 4.0 / 7.6 )
