Documentation
Definition
Specifies the seniority level of an employee in your organization. The seniority level may be number of years in service.
Use
The seniority, together with the employee group/subgroup modifier, is assigned a company rate of contribution to the Provident Fund. Various company rates can be specified for a range of seniorities for each employee group/subgroup modifier.
If the seniority level is defined as numbers, then it should be maintained in two digits. For example, 9 Years of service should maintained as '09' and not as '9 '.
Dependencies
In Customizing for Payroll Thailand, you can set up the Provident Fund company rates for an employee based on seniority by choosing Provident Fund -> Basic Settings -> Provident Fund Rates.
