Specifies the percentage of salary contributed by the company.

Use

If you select the Company Rate indicator, the system populates the employer's company rate of contribution automatically. If you select the Personal Rate indicator, then you need to enter the employer's personal rate of contribution for the Provident Fund in this field. However, the contribution rate must be within the range specified by the government.

Dependencies

The employer's rate of contribution should always be equal to or greater than the employee's rate of contribution to the Provident Fund.
