Documentation
Definition
This column specifies which time type the system should choose for non-recorded times (pairs of type 0).
A time type and processing type are assigned to each time pair in time evaluation's rule processing. The assignment is made using function TIMTP, according to the time pair's groupings and time identifier.
Use
Procedure
Examples
An employee has a planned working time of 08:00 - 17:00 according to daily work schedule FLEX. The daily work schedule stipulates core times.
On 12.07.1996, an absence is recorded for the employee from 13:00 - 15:00. The time events recorded for 12.07.1996 are as follows:
08:00 - clock-in
13:00 - clock-out
15:30 - clock-in
17:00 - clock-out
There is a non-recorded absence from the time between 15:00 - 15:30. The system assigns pair type 0 (non-recorded absence) and time identifier 03 (core time) for this half-hour period. Based on the assignment and on the groupings, the system chooses the time type stored in the view and the corresponding processing type.
