Documentation
Definition
The system shifts the initial period into the future or the past according to the number entered here.
Use
In the Unit for relative position of start and end date field, you specify whether the number is based on days, weeks, or months. In the Direction field, you determine whether the initial period is to be shifted into the future or the past.
By combining all options in the Initial period field, you can best modify the initial period to meet the requirements of your employees.
Example
You chose the "current week" as the initial period. Enter a "1" in the Relative position of period field, and a "week" as the Unit for relative position. As Direction, choose backwards. With this profile, the initial period called by the Time Manager's Workplace includes the week before the current week.
Note
If you choose a week as the initial period, you can specify when you want the Week beginning.
