Definition
Specifies which group of selection IDs is available for standard employee selection. Standard employee selection sets up the employee lists that are automatically displayed for the time administrator when the Time Manager's Workplace is called.
Use
You define selection IDs for employee selection by grouping them together. You can specify which selection IDs are user-specific and which are valid for all users within a group.
Here you enter the group containing the relevant user-specific selection IDs.
Example
You want your employee list to contain all of the employees in the cost center "COST1" and "COST2." You define the corresponding selection IDs and group them together. You assign all users to this group for whom employee selection is to be based on cost centers. If these users call the Time Manager's Workplace using this profile, then the employee list contains all employees in the cost centers "COST1" and "COST2."
If a user not assigned to the group calls the Time Manager's Workplace using this profile, the system creates the employee list according to the group entered in the User-dependent selection conditions field.
