Indicates the average number of working hours per week as determined by the system for the employee.

Use

The system analyzes the hours worked by the employee in the last six weeks, for example. It uses the value to calculate the deduction of the FMLA entitlement.

If the value is not an accurate reflection of the employee's weekly working hours, you can overwrite the week converter. This may be necessary in cases where, for example:

• The employee worked significantly more or less than usual in recent weeks
• The employee had a substitute in his or her absence whose planned working times are very different to his or her own average working time
