Indicates the current processing status of the FMLA request.

Use

  • In Process: Processing of the FMLA request is not yet complete. It may be that important documents such as the employee's medical certificate are missing.
  • Approved: The FMLA request has been approved. The employee can now request absences covered by FMLA.
  • Rejected: The FMLA request has been rejected. The employee is not permitted to take absences covered by FMLA.
