If you select this field, users with this profile are permitted to display or change the FMLA reason.
Use
Dependencies
This field is closely linked to the information in the New Requests and Existing Requests areas:
- You must select it if employees are to be able to create or test new requests. If you do not, users will not be able create or test requests.
- You can select it if employees are to be able to process requests. This means that employees can also change the FMLA reason or approvers can view the reason for the request.
- You cannot select it if employees are to be permitted only to display the request and you do not want them to view particular information.
