Definition

Specifies the functions that users with this profile are permitted to carry out when processing absences.

Use

The following functions are available:

• Display
  Users can view all absences that are wholly or partially in the FMLA request's validity period.
• Assign
  Users can also grant absences FMLA coverage.
• Process
  Users can also create, change, or delete absences.

Note that users also require authorizations for the corresponding maintenance transaction to display or process the employee's data and to display or process data records of the Absences infotype (2001).
