Definition
Indicates whether the employee is eligible to request absences covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Use
The system determines automatically whether an employee is eligible for FMLA.
You can grant employees eligibility in individual cases, for example, if an employee has very nearly reached the minimum number of hours worked. To grant eligibility, select the row and choose Grant Eligibility.
