Definition
Indicates whether the employee has worked sufficient hours in your company to be entitled to absences covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Use
The system calculates the hours worked by the employee to determine whether the employee has attained the minimum number of hours of work required by the various
FMLA guidelines. The system stops its calculation once the minumum number is reached.
If the employee has attained the minimum number, the system outputs the minimum with a plus sign (+).
If the employee has not attained the required number, the system outputs the value determined with the required minumum number in parentheses alongside it.
