Definition

Specifies whether an employee's part-time status should reduce the week converter and, if so, the master data on which the reduction is based.

Use

The week converter can be reduced on the basis of the following master data:

  • Percentage from the Employment Percentage field in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007).
  • Percentage from the Capacity Utilization Level field in the Basic Pay infotype (0008).
  • Data on the employee's weekly working days from the Planned Working Time infotype (0007). In this case, the week converter is reduced by the ratio between the value in the Weekly Workdays field of the Planned Working Time infotype (0007) and the Days value in the Standard Working Hours view (V_T510I).
    Example: The standard working time specifies a weekly value of 5 days. An employee works 4 days each week according to the Planned Working Time infotype (0007). The direct value is reduced by 20%.
