This date is evaluated in the new implementation of time evaluation for concurrent employment.

The system interprets the date as the earliest start date for time evaluation for concurrent employment for all personnel assignments of one client.

The date is also evaluated in the old implementation of time evaluation (without concurrent employment), RPTIME00, where it is used to determine the last day being evaluated for all personnel assignments of a client.

The last day to be evaluated in the old implementation is one day before the earliest start date of time evaluation for concurrent employment.
