Definition
Displays whether the selection class or selection rule has the weighting factor type with weighting factor or without weighting factor. The indicator is set if the with weighting factor type is selected.
Use
Weighting factor for selection rule
In the following two cases, the selection rule has the with weighting factor type:
- A subtype of the Time Specifications/Employment Period infotype (0552) is assigned to the selection rule in view V_T525A_A (Selection Rule for Employee Data). This subtype contains a weighting factor.
The weighting factor for the subtype is defined in the Imputation field of table T525T (Time Specification Type for Employment Period Calculation).
- A selection exit with weighting factor is assigned to the selection rule in view V_T525A_A (Selection Rules for Employee Data).
The selection class inherits the weighting factor type from the selection rules.
Further notes
Selection rules with weighting factor and selection rules without weighting factor cannot be assigned to a selection class at the same time.
When selection classes are evaluated in a valuation model, no periods may overlap within a selection class with the with weighting factor type. The system checks whether periods overlap, and, if applicable, displays an error message.
