Definition
With the radio buttons Threshold Value and Maximum Value, you can create a condition for the duration of a period that the system selects using this selection rule. The period is only transferred for evaluation if the condition is met.
Round off under threshold value
If you have set this indicator, the threshold value is always deducted from the selected period.
Round off above maximum value
If you have selected Maximum value, this indicator is set automatically. If a selected period exceeds the specified maximum value, the system reduces the period to this maximum value.
Dependencies
The two indicators Only complete calendar units and round off under threshold value cannot be used together.
Examples
You have defined a threshold value duration of six months for the selection rule and have set the Round off under threshold value indicator. A selected period starts on June 01, 1998 and ends on December 31, 1999. The system deducts the first six months (June 01, 1998 to November 30, 1998). The system transfers the period from December 01, 1998 to December 31, 1999 for evaluation.
You have defined a maximum value of six months for the selection rule. A selected period starts on June 01, 1998 and ends on December 31, 1999. The system reduces this period to the maximum value. The system then only transfers the period from June 01, 1998 to November 30, 1999 for evaluation.
