Dependencies
If a conversion rule has been defined for the selected time specification type in feature CRULE, the duration of the validity period is calculated using the conversion rule.
Further notes
By selecting a suitable conversion rule, you can control which time units are used to calculate the duration.

RIF Bonus Years
The last 3 employee appraisals within the last four years are considered for the appraisal bonus. For each appraisal rating, the number of bonus years to be awarded for that rating must be configured. The employee is then awarded the average of all eligible bonus years (rounded up, if not a whole number). If the employee has no eligible appraisals, the employee is awarded the number of years that is most often awarded in his competitive level in the latest year of appraisals.
