Use

If you set the Obsolete indicator, this record for contract account data is not displayed when the contract object is saved. It is then no longer available to generate inbound correspondence, for master data processing and when posting open items.

All the current accounting transactions to settle items that already exist are not influenced by the obsolete indicator. If the clearing of an item is reversed in an automatic processing run, the indicator is also reset.

Dependencies

The processing of obsolete contract account data is the responsibility of administrators with special authorization F_KK_SOND with activity 24. Administrators can process this data, by going to: Extras -> Administrator -> Display Obsolete Data
