Definition

As a rule, previously paid income tax goes into the permanent annual
tax declaration.
When changing certain tax features (see A.121 Income Tax Regulation
90), instead of the previously paid tax, the tax is taken to be that
which the employee would have had to pay previously, according to the
new tax features.

Use this indicator to control whether this 'as if tax' goes into the
annual tax declaration instead of the actual paid tax.
