Definition

Indicates that scales are to be transferred to the price catalog in IDocs.

Use

This indicator must be set if scales for prices and/or conditions are to be included in the PRICAT message or in the PRICECATALOGUE message.

Dependencies

The indicator influences the PRICAT and PRICECATALOGUE messages. The PRICECATALOGUE message only supports scales from IDoc type PRICECATALOGUE02.

Use of old condition segments.

Note

As of R/3 Enterprise the price catalog also contains scales. Up until Release 4.6C scales could only be copied using the PRICAT message (IDoc type PRICAT02). The scale information was copied to the IDoc by having the system read the conditions. As of R/3 Enterprise the scales are managed in the price catalog (transaction VPRICAT). The PRICECATALOGUE message sends these scales in the PRICECATALOGUE02 IDoc. The contents of the PRICAT message (IDoc type PRICAT02) are structured unaltered from the conditions that are read (and not from the scale information now contained in the price catalog).
