Definition

Defines how the catalog field is to be supplied with data and whether it is relevant for Engineering Change Management.

Use

The indicator has the following values:

  • "1"
    Field taken into account when catalog is created, and for Engineering Change Mangament (default).
  • "2"
    Field taken into account when catalog is created. Changes are made in Engineering Change Management but do not trigger a change message.
  • "3"
    Field only taken into account when catalog is created. Changes are not taken into account and do not trigger engineering change management. This status is set for all non-ERP fields. This means that the fields initially contain the template data when a catalog is created. Manual changes online are not overwritten as a result of engineering change management.
  • "4"
    Field is not supplied with data when the catalog is created or in engineering change management.
