Documentation
Definition
Specifies how the system behaves when copying pricing data.
At the point of billing the following pricing types are possible:
A: Transfer price elements and update according to scale. The system does not
- determine new condition types
- redetermines the scale prices for a changed delivery quantity
B: Implement completely new pricing. The system implements
- completely new pricing (manually entered price elements are not transferred from the reference document)
- redetermines the taxes
C: Transfers manual price elements, implement new pricing for the
remaining price elements. The system
- carries out new pricing
- transfers the manually entered price elements
- redetermines the taxes
Attention: You must make sure that all condition types that it is possible to change manually have indicator "C" in the "Change options" screen, in the field "manual entry". otherwise, it may be that the conditions (automatic and manual) appear twice and both are active.
D: Transfer price elements unchanged. The system transfers the price
- unchanged with automatically determined or manually entered discounts or surcharges from the reference document (scales are not read from new). This means even when the billing quantity deviates from the order quantity, the value remains the same.
- does not redtermine taxes
E: Trasnfers price elements and values unchanged. The system transfers
- the price elements and values unchanged with automatically determined or manually entered discounts and surcharges from the reference document (scales are not read again from new). This means that even when the billing quantity differs from the order quantity, the value remains unchanged.
- does not redtermine taxes
F: Is only used for internal programs
G: Transfers price elements unchanged and redetermines taxes. The
system
- redetermines the following condition types:
- Taxes (condition class D)
- Rebate (condition class C)
- Internal billing conditions (condition category I)
- Invoice list conditions (condition category R)
- Condition types with condition category L
- Interbilling conditions (condition category G)
- Cash discount conditions (condition category E)
- deals with all remaining condition types as for pricing type D
H: Transfers price elements and redetermines freight. The system
- redetermines the following condition types:
- freight conditions (condition category B, F)
- condition types with condition category L
- deals with all remaining condition types for pricing type A
