Definition
The secondary file ensures that the export file can also be processed outside of the SAP system. The secondary file contains all information on the structure of the tables, field strings, and infotypes used.
If you make changes to the interface format, import macro for cluster data, data definition include, change validation function, or wage type processing function, the secondary file must be regenerated.
