Use
If you select option R4, the system calculates the difference between the values in the three fields (amount, rate and number) from the retroactive accounting period and comparison period, in the same way as for options R2 and R3. These differences are assigned to the current payroll period. If the relevant wage type already exists in the payroll period, the system totals the Values for each personnel number.
Choose this option if the third-party system is not familiar with retroactive accounting.
