Documentation
Use
Options R3 and R4 have the special feature that wage types that originate from a retroactive accounting period can be assigned to a payroll period.
Choose the option to avoid losing information on the wage type's origin (whether it originates from a retroactive accounting period or an original period).
If you select the option, the system assigns wage types from retroactive accounting to a table called $D<Name>.
Example
The wage types originate from the results table (RT), from retroactive accounting and are not assigned to the results table (RT) from the original period but to the table called $DRT. If it is a case of table ZL, the system assigns a table called $DZL to the original period. This table contains all the relevant wage types.
Naming convention
The name $D<NAME> concerns reserved names, where <NAME> is the name of a wage type table.
To avoid naming conflicts, do not use this name for your own data definitions in the Interface-Format.
