USE
The company's foundation year depends on the following:
- If the company was founded before 1 November 1986, enter the year on which it was written in the constitution.
- If the company was founded after this date, enter the year on the commercial register.
- For companies not subject to commercial register, enter the year on which the foundation diploma was published, for companies founded by a general diploma.
- For other cases, enter the year on which the activities began.
