Definition

Specifies the occurrence of a transfer between companies:

• If it is flagged, it means that the company for which the user wishes to get Social Security data, does not make transfers between companies. In this case, only fill in the field Company code .
• If it is not flagged, it means that the company for which the user wishes to get Social Security data, makes transfers between companies. In this case, it is necessary to enter all the companies involved in the process in the field Company code ; in the field Final company code , enter the company for which the user wishes to get Social Security data.

Example

An employee of company A has been transferred to company B in 15 February 2002.

the company for which the user wishes to get data is B, so the fields must be filled in as follows:

• In field ZH> Company code, select companies A and B
• In field Final company code, select company B

To get data for company A, fill in the fields as follows:

• In field Company code, select companies A and B
• In field Final company code, select company A
