Definition

This field contains the conceptual tax table identifier. A tax table groups several tax situations according to:

• Income category
• Marital status
• Disability data
• Residence data
• Number of working subjects
• Indicator for normal, or retroactive calculation processing

Use

The Tax table, together with the field Tax table column, is used to identify the possible tax rates for the employee.

Using these two fields and the employee's gross income that is subject to tax deduction, the system determines the exact tax rate applicable.
