Definition

Indicates the employee's rate of deduction for savings purposes.

The employees can choose to pay more tax than they are required to. The exceeded value will then be refunded with interest at the end of the year.

Use

The savings deduction rate must be higher than tax rate defined in tax tables, but cannot exceed a legally determined percentage.
