Classifies the employee in terms of generic group of activities as considered by the reports Earnings Survey and WorkSchedule Survey.
Use
The professional level is set as a combination of the employee's partioning and professional group. The levels available are those necessary for both surveys.
From 1999, the meaning of the different values is:
- 'DIR' - Managers ("Dirigentes")
- 'EMP' - Salaried staff ("Empregados")
- 'OPE' - Workers ("Operários")
- 'APR' - Trainees ("Aprendizes e Praticantes")
