The postal code status specifies the layout of the postal code key in the Addresses infotype (0006) and in the reports that use this data.

Use

You can use this indicator to specify the length of the postal code.

Procedure

The postal code of a certain city can be displayed in to ways:

• Use the indicator 'F' to display the postal code as 'XXXX';
• Use the indicator 'R' to display the postal code as 'XXXX-XXX'.
