Use
The personnel subarea number must be sequentially assigned throughout the company, from 000 to 999 and it should be the first three digits of the field. The fourth digit must always be zero.
Deverá sempre ser atribuído 0000 à sede social da empresa.
Example
For a company with 3 personnel subareas:
- Local A (Sede social) - 0000
- Local B - 0010
- Local C - 0020
The personnel subarea number should be assigned to in the first year, when the Personnel Summary is delivered in electronic format and the company should keep the assigned numbering in the following years. The number assigned to a company that no longer exists shall not be assigned to a different locality, since the personnel subarea implementation locality determines its identification.
The new personnel subareas (new company business entity or address modification of the already existing business entities) created since November last year should be sequentially numbered, starting with the last number assigned to in the last year.
To use the numbering assigned to by the Statistical Office, which has the same assignment and maintenance structure as the ones mentioned above, it is necessary to request a personnel subarea file list of this Office and to identify the company (name and submitting company number) on which you need the information.
