Use
The personnel subarea number should be assigned sequentially by the company, from 000 to 999 and should be the first three digits of the field. The fourth digit must always be a zero.
You should always assign a number 0000 to the company's headquarter.
Example
For a company with 3 personnel subareas:
- Locality A (Headquarter) - 0000
- Locality B - 0010
- Locality C - 0020
The personnel subarea number should be assigned in the first year when the Personnel Summary is deliverd in electronic format, and the company should keep the assigned numbering in the following years. The number assigned to a company that no longer exists should not be assigned to another one with a different locality, because the implementation locality of the personnel subarea determines its identification.
The new personnel subareas (new company's asset groups or address change of the already existing asset groups) created from November of the previous year, should be numbered sequentially starting from the last assigned number of the previous year.
If you wish to use the numbering assigned by the Departamento de Estatística, which has the same assigning and maintenance structure as described above, you should request the listing of personnel subarea files to this department and identify (name and tax number) the company to which the information should refer.
