Definition
If set, it indicates that the payment must be made when possible, that is, immediately after the earliest payment date or before the latest payment date.
If not set, the system chooses another leave reference period for the vacation payment - after the earliest date or before the latest date - such as the period before the second longest vacation.
Example
The company pays the vacation allowance before the longest leave period. Employee R's salary is 1100 EUR. She plans to take 12 vacation days in March and 10 days in September, therefore the system must pay the vacation allowance in February. However, since the company has decided that March is the earliest month possible for vacation allowance payments, the payment must occur either in March (as soon as possible) or in August (before the next longest vacation period), depending if the flag Pay-when-possible is activated or not.
