Documentation

Specifies the gross amount that is paid to the employee on a monthly regular basis, which is not part of the basic pay.

The following payments must be included in the regular pay:

• Allowances (such as meals, transportation, income, among others)
• Bonuses (such as seniority, attendance, productivity, among others)
• Hazardous work and night shift bonus

The following payments must be excluded from the regular pay, even if they have been paid to the employee in October:

• Retroactive payments
• Severance pay
• Christmas and leave allowances
