Possible values are:

Code 0 - full monthly basic pay and corresponding regular hours

Code 1 - partial monthly basic pay and corresponding regular hours

Code 2 - no monthly basic pay nor any other type of remuneration and no hours

Code 3 - no basic pay, no regular hours, but other type of remuneration.

Note: This field is only used for internal control.
