Documentation
Definition
Determines how the vacation allowance must be paid, according to the fixed possible values listed below:
A - annually, on a fixed date
B - annually, before the longest leave period
C - annually, before the first leave period
D - before each leave period
E - before the leave period with cumulated leave days
F - every month
Z - customer specific. The user-exit EXIT_RPCALCP0_001 in the SAP Enhancement HRPYPT05 allows the customer to define their own payment-triggering method.
Example
Payment method E:
The company pays the vacation allowance in total, before the leave period in which the cumulated leave days exceed 12 days. Employee J's salary is 1100 EUR. He plans to take 5 vacation days in April, 5 days in June and 7 days in September. The system must, therefore, pay the allowance in May, that is, before June when the total leave days add up (cumulate) to 15 (hence more than the 12 days required).
